Kim Beck

Vice President, Cottingham & Butler, Inc.
Kim specializes in benefit program design and re-structuring, cost reduction strategies, compliance services, onboarding/enrollment technology and health & wellness management solutions; specific to the transportation industry.She has over 25 years of insurance and benefitindustry experience, including 17 years at Cottingham & Butler working almost exclusively with trucking and transportation related companies. During this time, she facilitated the development of what is now a nationally recognized annual trucking specific benchmark report on compensation and benefits within the trucking industry.  With her industry expertise and over a decade of data from this annual survey, her team has also developed analytic tools and deeper level benchmarking resources to assist trucking companies with strategies for containing costs and making important benefit program decisions each year.

Jessie Burnette

Vice President of Human Resources for Hirschbach Motor Lines, Inc
As the chief people officer, Jessie Burnette is responsible for overseeing the company’s global human resource function for all drivers and non-drivers, supporting more than 2000 team members.   When Jessie joined Hirschbach in 2011, she joined the organization in the driver recruiting department. Since then, she has worked in many areas including orientation, training, wellness and HR.   Burnette brings a wealth of knowledge in recruiting, retaining and training drivers along with various sales and human resource experience. Burnette is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).    Burnette’s goal is to help continue to build the company’s culture of excellence, equality and create an engaging workplace environment for all team members.  She adheres to the motto of “quality over quantity” within every department and every move she makes.  

Michael Kelly

Vice President, Health Check 360
Michael co-founded HealthCheck360° in the winter of 2007 and has helped grow the company to provide health and well-being services to over 300 employers and 300,000 employees. His current role is Vice President and Managing Director. In this role, Michael oversees the overall strategy for the firm in addition to operations, product, clinical/coaching, and business development.  In his role at HealthCheck360°, Michael has the pleasure to work with a passionate team of wellness professionals who work with their clients to develop and implement wellness and health management programs to meet their specific needs & culture. Part of Michael’s role is to assist these teams by analyzing population health on the client and total population level to communicate return on investment, reduction in health risks, and program design. Michael attended Tulane University for his undergraduate education and received his MBA from the University of Dubuque. Prior to HealthCheck360° Michael worked for the Starwood Hotel Corporation and Merrill Lynch Private Client Group. Outside of work, he loves to travel with his wife Carolyn, and spend time with his children – Michael (4) and Greta (2).
