Mehdi Arradizadeh

Vice President of Safety & Risk Management, Anderson Trucking Service, Inc.
Mehdi has been in the trucking and insurance industries for the past 30 years and has learned safety through truck litigation.   Mehdi started with Schneider National in the claims department and moved up to become a Director of Claims.  Mehdi then moved to Covenant Trucking in 2009 as the Director of Claims and Security.  Mehdi has been with Anderson Trucking Service, Inc., since 2010 as the Vice President of Safety and Risk Management.

Todd Reiser

Vice President, Transportation, Lockton Companies
Todd is an experienced transportation professional who is responsible for the origination and overall management of all aspects of transportation accounts at Lockton. He has extensive experience in program design and management for large transportation and logistics risks. He has gained national transportation expertise through his work with Lockton’s larger risk management transportation and logistics clients. Todd is an active participant within various industry associations and has spoken at numerous investment and educational conferences on transportation risk and insurance.

Chris Mikolay

Vice President, National Accounts, National Interstate Insurance
Chris Mikolay serves as Vice President of National Accounts and Truck Alternative Risk at National Interstate Insurance Company.  Known for identifying creative solutions to tough problems, Chris works with large trucking and transportation fleets to help them finance risk in the smartest way possible.  Prior to his current role, Chris served in a variety of product management, sales and marketing positions at National Interstate over the past 12 years.  Earlier in his career Chris helped start a company, Skydex Technologies, that integrates proprietary cushioning and protective materials into a variety of consumer and military applications.    
Chris graduated from Miami University with a BS in Marketing in 1999 and received an MBA from Kent State University in 2010.  He has been a board member of the Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland and Camp Ho Mita Koda, a summer camp for kids with Type 1 Diabetes, and is an avid supporter of juvenile diabetes related causes.  Chris has 4 children, including a teenage daughter who already knows everything and 3 adolescent sons who spend so much time wrestling with each other they are indistinguishable from bear cubs.
